So this is a bit delayed on posting this, but since it is still news I wanted to add it to the blog. On Monday I received in the mail a very generous stack of postcard flyers from Rob Kuhns. We'll be adding information about the screener to the back of the cards, and distributing them to the various locations for our target demo/psychographics. Jalen will be picking up the cards and doing this since I have no means of transportation.
In addition, Rob wishes to get to Orlando early to speak to a class to try to reach our "indie filmmaker" demographic. We'll be talking to Bob Jones to see if we can get Rob in for a couple minutes into one of his big lecture classes.
We also would like to reach our social/historical demographic, as this film is very culturally interesting. To do this we are going to see if any sociology classes would be willing to lend Rob a couple minutes of their time. An opportunity for extra credit would be prime, but in our meeting with Charles he warned us about approaching the matter delicately, which will be heeded advice.
